Uncle Sam's Money Program in my opinion has its positives and its negatives. First the positive side of what the program has to offer. I believe that the Ultimate Guide to Government Grants e-Book and the Online Grant Directory are wonderful; Mathew Lesko himself would be in awe and the compiled collection of grant programs. I also was impressed by the Grant Writing Tutorial, it presents the most effective way to write grant requests, so you actually are considered, a tutorial I would pay 20$ alone for, and in this package it's for free. The Government Auction programs also impressed me, I'm not big into real estate myself, but it did appear to be an excellent rescores for those serious about getting into the real estate market.
