Internet Businesses For SaleMaking a profit is the primary goal in any business enterprise. The same holds true for Internet businesses for sale. Profit is the excess of income over expense. Profit is an objective indicator of productivity, and a solid basis for growth, expansion and survival. Profit enables a businessman to realize his other objectives too.Not all enterprises are interested in making profits. For example, hospitals, schools, charitable institutions and government agencies are not basically concerned with the acquisition of profits. The non-profit enterprises customarily rely on gifts, endowments, receipts from money-raising projects, and subsidies. In profit-making enterprises, profit should not be the end in itself. Profit should be the beginning--acting as seed mone In my earlier article “Who’s Got The Monkey Now? How To Find Out How Well You Manage Your Time” (http://www.nationallearning.com.au/index_files/HowToMakePeopleFeelBetterAtWork.htm) , I suggested that you may be caring for a cageful of monkeys (other people’s problems) unless you are managing your time effectively, and in particular delegating. For managers, there are two key aspects to successful delegation:

The key to delegation is to develop within your people, the "initiative to take action" so that they learn to develop their skills and knowledge to their full potential. Managers who are successful are always good at delegating. Less successful managers, when asked why they don't delegate more, often reply

Power Teams and Web SupportSince a Power Team is a loosely knit organization, it is difficult to give potential clients a way to see all the expertise at the same time. You would not want them to go to each site to learn about the people on the project. The best way to deal with this is to set up a central location that gives bio information for each team member. This doesn’t mean that the client will use every team member but at least he will be able to see the strength of your group.
I have such a site for my Power Team under www.ekearneyalliance.com This team has an emphasis on business management and therefore everyone posted is in that arena as well. Reserving a dot com is not all that expensive. Tips for Truckers' Wives - On the Home FrontI am a trucker's wife. But I'm also a trucker. As such, I am in a unique position to know what it's like to be married to a truck driver AND what it's like to BE a truck driver.A trucker's wife may want to be a help to her husband when he's on the road and also be a blessing to him when he is home. But without an understanding of what it's like to be a truck driver, they may misunderstand some aspects of the job. And the trucker husband, being a man, generally doesn't know how to voice his needs. When a trucker gets home he wants nothing other than to BE. He wants to relish the smells and sights and comforts that he has missed while on the road. He doesn't want a to-do list, he doesn't want an rambling update on local news, he, frankly, doesn't want to ate
