Pastor Help: A Sheep Dog for the Shepherd
Working for God can be both exhilarating and tiring. It's fun when you feel the Holy Spirit that rose Christ from the dead flowing through you to help people. Yet it can be exhausting when the people exalt you to the place of God and forget to pray to God themselves. We must never forget God will not permit any flesh to glory in His presence (1 Corinthians 1:29). God does not share His glory. As ministers we realize God alone is all powerful, wise and loving. Communicating that to a congregation effectively however requires that sometimes you not always be accessible throughout the week to your people so they can learn to go to Pastor Jesus instead of you.Remember Jesus is the chief Shepherd of the flock and we His under shepherds. Among the fivefold ministry gifts mentioned by the apostle Paul in Ephesians chapter 4, the Pastor is the most residential one of them all. He therefore is by nature most local and accessible. Nevertheless there is a ba

God gave us specific instructions to counter attack these powers of the underworld. He wouldn't have told us unless it were so. By being involved in any kind of medium is to cause harm to oneself. Laugh if you want to...now, but unless you see the seriousness of it, you won't be laughi

    DISH Network Satellite TV
With so many competitors in the Satellite TV industry, you may be wondering how to choose the best deal. Well, aren’t you in luck? We’ve made it simple. There are several things to consider when choosing your Satellite TV provider:Good customer service – Many satellite television companies are quick to help when they’re taking your money but seem to disappear when you need their support the most. To get a feel for what to expect, check out their website.DISH Network Satellite TV for example, has an easy to use interface so that you can find just what you’re looking for. If the website seems to have you going in circles, keep looking – it’s a warning of things to come.Competitive pricing – You don’t have to drain your retirement fund in order to own a satellite TV system. Fear is an interesting emotion, depending on what and where it comes from. Halloween is meant to be harmless but we flock to haunted houses and spooky places as if to dare ourselves of this feeling to evolve. Even though society has this so called holiday wrapped up, as Christians we really need to examine it further for the message it is sending.

Is all this really make believe? Witches are for real, warlocks are for real, fortune tellers are for real, psychics are for real, all these things that call spirits out from the under world are for real and we shouldn't take lightly of them. Everything they do and believe in open doors for demonic spirits to come forth. It seems to me, we already have enough of that as it is. We are told specifically in God's Word not to seek them out, not even in fun!

"Turn not to those (mediums) who have familiar spirits, or to wizards, do not seek them out to be defiled by them. I am the Lord your God." Leviticus 19:31 (Amplified)

Why would God mention them if He didn't think they were not wicked? He actually says that anyone who seeks after them will be defiled. He knows of their craftiness and how this kind of involvement can be detrimental to a person's soul unless they are aware of the truth, which is His Son who gave up His life to free us from demons, powers and principalities. With out the Truth, we will never enter the Kingdom of God. God also tells us that without faith we can not please Him and anything not done in faith is a sin. Right here in Lev. 19:31, He's telling us that this does not please Him. We are treading on thin ice when we know this fact and make light of it for any reason.

The First Step To Realizing Your Ebusiness Dream
Malcolm S. Forbes spoke directly to the entrepreneurial heart when he stated, "The biggest mistake people make in life is not making a living at doing what they most enjoy." A passionate commitment to pursue one's interests builds the foundation of so many small businesses. No matter how resolute business owners are in achieving success, Forbes and many entrepreneurs have failed to realize that passion alone will not produce a thriving company. Many have turned to the Internet and e-businesses as their first step towards independence. The Internet has matured since the 1990's. It has grown and evolved into a mecca of self-employment possibilities for anyone willing to add a little elbow grease. Along with all the positives of this new Internet era came a boat load of new business hopefuls. These newcomers wanted the opportunity to follow their passion with minimal financial risk. The downfall of most e-business entrepreneurs is, without a shadow of doub

    Lease Options and Purchase Agreements
“Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do and how you do it.” -Rudy GiulianiReal estate investing is a booming investment trend in the last 5 years. It can create a huge profit with very little risk. This is why so many new investors are skipping the stock market and moving right into property investment. If you are new to the investing game then you may want to consider buying bargain houses. These fixer uppers can be purchase way below their market value and can cheaply be renovated and resold above their market value. Just like every investment out there, real estate requires cash, cash, and more cash! Most new investors do not have the funds available to purchase homes outright. Lucky for us, there is way around have just a little bit of capital.Once you find a bargain home you would be interested in purchasing you can u

7 Steps To Planning A Great Presentation
Imagine you have just been asked to give a highly complex presentation to the Board of Directors. One of the biggest mistakes you can make at this point is to start thinking about what you will say. Instead focus on planning. So how might start the planning? Here is a simple but effective 7 step process.Step 1: Develop ObjectivesBefore you do anything get clear on your objectives for the presentation. Possible objectives might be:• To inform the Board of the current financial position and future forecast• To secure the funding for a new computer system• To get buy-in to a new performance management system• To secure support for an increase in staff numbersTake the time to get clear on your objectives from the presentation.Step 2: Assess Your AudienceWhenever you are assessing your audience, try to step into their shoes as the recipient of the presentation. Think about:• The level of knowle

Internet Marketing - The Seven Ages Of Internet Marketers - Part Two
In the first article in this pair we saw how some people managed to get their websites off the ground. Now let's look at the dangers that come packaged with internet success. The fifth stage is where most internet marketers who get this far, usually get stuck. It isn't a on-line phenomenon. I came across this many years ago in off-line marketing, when I noticed a pattern emerge in the sales team I was leading, and it's this.Pretty much each sales person had "their" particular sales figures, which they produced with uncanny regularity every month. Some were high and some were low - but the common thread was the personal continuity. The reason was simple: each had an idea of what they felt they could achieve and none would not budge out of their comfort zone.Internet marketers can easily fall into the same trap. Once they have set up their web site, got a regular amount of traffic and it's all working like clockwork, they ease up. Great!

"Put on God's whole armor (the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies), that you may be able successfully to stand up against (all) the strategies and deceits of the devil." Eph.6:11 (Amplified)

This verse describes God's armor as heavy metal such as a soldier going to battle would wear. He supplies it. He gives us the best because He knows how deadly these attacks can be. He wants us to be able to stand up against all strategies and deciets of the devil. Satan is for real, his tactics are just as real. We need to get a hold of this fact. You might be asking why should we do this, what good will come of it? In the next verse we are told this:

"For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood (contending only with physical opponents) but against the despotisms, against the powers, against (the master spirits who are) the world rulers of the present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere." Eph. 6:12 (Amplified)

In other words, we aren't just playing around here with people we can actually see. We are up against opponents who are quite powerful in the supernatural sphere. When Satan was cast out of heaven, he had quite some pull behind him because he convinced 1/3 of heaven's angels to come with him, that's an awful lot of demonic powers that we are up against. These are "master spirits" in the present darkness. And you thought all this was just make believe! Does this scare you?
