You Can Achieve Debt Consolidation In Great Ways
Given below are a few of the best ways to consolidate debt. They can make you completely debt free if executed properly.Self Repayment PlanSelf Repayment Plan is the right thing for you if you do not want to talk to a debt consolidation company and want to think of consolidation by yourself. Self Repayment Plan is a do-it-yourself strategy for debt consolidation. Add up your earnings and expenses separately, and then check where all the extra money has been spent. Then try to reduce such costs. To have a debt free life you can also apply for a part time job. If you are bent on solving your debt difficulties then self repayment plan is the best way out. If the strategy is arranged properly and you are encouraged enough to follow it, then results will show within a couple of months.Debt SettlementDebt settlement means to negotiate on your debts with your creditors. You can execute this on your own or you can hire a debt settlement export to do it for you. Debt settlement institutions are experts in the elimination or reduction of debt through debt settlement processes. A specialized negotiator will be able to cut down your balance maximum of 40%. The majority of the debt settlement companies will be straightforward about their charges but ensure that you

My doors are pointless from the age of my home, I have to pack blankets across the bottom to keep it from getting too cold, I have to put 4 mil plastic on my windows because once again the age of single pane glass is still in my home, and it does help. I have to get out extra blankets to bundle up the kids at night so I can keep the heat set at 60 degrees, I did not qualify for heating assistance because.... Because I would not claim my
    Building Teams
Young minds are quite easy to shape. International Terrorist recruiters know this and have an abundant source of young men and women to pick from. They use simple brain washing tactics to do this. The United States also has a huge source of young people at its colleges and universities with young open minds, open to both good or evil. The professors use this to help their views and promote their views of the world by imprinting on these minds. Religious groups are also a hot topic on campus and they are quite active recruiting new minds and new souls to their numbers. The US Marines Recruiter use the same basic psychological techniques as the college professors, religious organizations and cults. And like the others use this indoctrination in their shaping and team building, after all the Marines are a cult in a way, similar to a sports team or corporate sales force. This is a good thing, it allows them to fight, stick together as a team, as unit based on a blood pact. It works. The Marines also place within their ranks all the right things too such as integrity, honor and strength. This is the strength necessary to win. An American tradition is thus born and lives within the group and we as a nation are indebted to their integrity, honor and strength. They defend ou
Just Another Average Day? So, Today I was hit with a ton of bills due this week, not to mention The bills that are over due. I am not ashamed to admit that the higher gas costs is equal to the higher everything cost. Food has increased because truck drivers has a higher cost, factories have higher costs for running their equipment, and its not even heating season yet? I do not think its going to be a very good month or two for me. School will be starting soon, with that means getting the kids what they need only, buying new clothes is going to be a struggle and keeping the supply list the schools send home filled will be a tough task. I have options, like leaving my kids home alone more often to find another job, or go to social services and be a beggar for some temporary help, specially when it comes to keeping my kids warm, or sucking it up and giving up more than usual. I really have cut a great deal out of my life to keep up with the growing costs of living. New york is expensive and yes I could pack up and move but how fair would that be as well by taking my kids further away from their dad? Not fair at all.

Most likely I will be hitting the pavement and look for yet another part time job to stretch my already stretched budget. What more can I give up? I gave up eating anything but the left overs my kids leave behind, I don't go out, I don't buy myself clothes, I can not remember the last time I actually bought myself a brand new pair of jeans or a shirt that cost more then three dollars. I do not drink, I do not do drugs, I do not steal, lie or cheat the system like so many others to get freebies from the government. Actually as and example, A woman who cheats several times on her husband, a mom of three, husband got fed up and moved away, she had a new boyfriend moves in. The scenario... Three kids, mortgage paid because it was in her parents name, they pass away the mortgage insurance paid it off, she works full time under the table, and her new boyfriend works two full time jobs, she gets child support.

She went to social services, lied about her income, lied about the live in boyfriend, claimed the ex was no longer paying child support and received a brand new furnace system installed, new doors, new windows, and two full tanks of heating fuel, plus she has a child support agency paying for her to get her ex to court for support and she had someone give her a new car, she now has two cars, and they eat out three times a day, not to mention the gobs and gobs of free stuff and hand outs she gets from people who actually feel sorry for her...

And Me? Well My soon to be ex-husband comes up in the middle of the night to get the furnace to run, and I turn up the dryer and stove to keep my kids warm in the mean while, I try to do all the repairs myself as much as possible But I am not a professional. Last year we found out the chimney was clogged and fumes where backing up in to the house. Air the kids and I were breathing,Because the oil companies in my area would not clean my furnace without a contract, I couldn't afford that! I would take two 5 gallon k2 tanks to the gas station three times a week to keep from running out of fuel (which I did about 4 times last winter) but because I couldn't afford a contract with a heating company I couldn't get home delivery, so I would go, rain, snow, sleet and freezing weather and find a gas station open that actually had a working kerosene pump and pay double what I had to, but I had to!! Use RSS Feeds to Improve Search Engine Optimization and Ranking
RSS is rapidly becoming a "must have" for a proper search engine optimization. But what exactly is RSS?RSS or Rich Site Syndication (or Really Simple Syndication, depending on who you ask) is a file format similar to XML, and is used by publishers to make their content available to others in a format that can be universally understood. RSS allows the display of articles on third party websites, RSS newsreaders, and the like, enabling easy distribution of a website's content across the Internet. It is a form of content syndication, using distribution lists, hyperlinks and the like to generate interest in (and traffic to) your website.RSS has existed for several years, but with the advent of spam filters and online blogging, it is fast becoming the choice of ezine publishers who want to get their message across to their subscribers. However, not much attention has been given to the advantages RSS provides for search engine optimization, until now.Why Search Engines Love RSSMany SEO experts believe that sites optimized around themes,or niches, where all pages correspond to a particular subject or set of keywords, rank better in the search engines. For example, if your website is designed to sell widgets, your entire site content would be focus

    How to Handle Debt Collectors
If you've been a victim of job loss, medical emergency or other cause of income loss, you may be one of the millions of individuals facing a pile of debts that you cannot cover. Miss one or two payments and you can expect to get a call from a debt collector.Calls from debt collectors trying to find you at your place of employment can be humiliating. You may already be screening your calls, your chest tightening as you realize it's them - again. While not every debt collector is unsympathetic and berating they likely do have to steel themselves for many of the sad stories given to them as explanations for past due debts. They are also frequently rewarded for their efforts in collecting the debt with a commission based on the amount obtained. It is easy to see why it is not uncommon for individuals who are already in a desperate state to fear encounters with the more aggressive collectors who are determined to get their fees."What Are They Allowed to Do?"Debt collectors are allowed to contact you by in person, by mail, by telegram, by fax and by phone; at home or at work - unless they know your employer would disapprove. They may also not contact you before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. unless you have agreed to the contact at that time. They must contact

The Secret Truth About Writing Great Sales Copy
Did you know that most people find it difficult to write sales copy that works? You see there is this idea that sales is all about lies and that you have to be really tricky and clever with words to sell your product. This is absolute bollocks.Sure there are people out there selling rubbish and telling lies but you will only buy something from them once and then only out of desperation. Most people have a pretty good sense of what is truth. This is all you have to do.Tell the truth about what your product can do for your client.Imagine you have a friend and you are sitting down having a coffee together and they ask you what your product can do for them.Do you pull out the high pressure professional sales pitch or start spinning lies? No, you give them the inside dope, the straight pitch, the 'real deal', in short, the plain truth. One of the first lessons I learned when I studied professional copywriting was to write like people talk, using the same rhythm and style. On the internet the written word is all you've got so you had better make it effective or you are going to lose a hell of a lot of customers.A simple and easy way to write great copy right now is to audio record yourself actually talking with a re

Although it is best if you posed more than 3 post a week and have more than 9 post before

Because I would not claim my oldest daughter of 17 part time income she made. A mere 6 dollars an hour at a local store which she used to support her school dances or going to the movies, and BECAUSE! I would not claim her income which to me is completely unfair, why should I? she is not responsible to support or help support the house. Although she would have if asked, but It's my job as a mom to support them. So what's my point? OK If I know at least four people who will lie and get away with it, to get unfounded needless freebies from the local community, and yes even cry poverty to local churches and the obscene number of illegal immigrants having children on our welfare system with no questions asked, I have to wonder why it is, proud truthful American citizens, people like me, can't get the help when we truly need it? Why, people like myself get turned away because there is no funding left! We wonder why our system is supporting thousands of people who sit home with their giant flat screen TVs. big suv's, 400$ jackets 300$ jeans and 150$ manicures, not to mention what on earth do they need cell phones for? In case their employer needs to have them cover a shift? Or their employers need to ask them a question Or, Because the babysitter needs to get in touch with them? That's right! They don't work! It is because our social service system finds it easier to just send a check every month rather than do it the way they use to... You remember, they would actually show up at their homes and see what the welfare checks were being spent on, 2 points off for owning a TV, 3 points off for having a closet that actually held clothes, 5 points off for a new toaster or god forbid a washer and dryer.. Both of which I went without this year because they both died at the same time... Oh yeah that woman that got a new refrigerator because her fridge was not energy star, well my 25 year old fridge went down this winter too, I made do with a two foot by two foot apartment size fridge I borrowed from my parents for 9 months until I could get a new one... To me, having a small one to keep milk and butter cold was more important than going out and having my nails done, or upgrading to that new fancy cell phone. Does all this aggravation and struggling make me a better person? I really don't know the answer to that. I think it makes me a happier person knowing I can't lie cheat and steal, all of which those who buy non-necessities with welfare checks do... have you ever get behind someone that has five kids under the age of 10 and two grocery carts full of junk food, cereal, and a bunch of other stuff we average people can not afford? However, you stand there counting your pennies sweating hoping that you have enough on you to pay for that gallon of milk, dozen eggs, and loaf of bread, and they swipe their card, kids swinging on the cart screaming and acting like its a big joke, heehaws we got another month and a cart filled with junk on them! It makes me totally sick to my stomach knowing that I have over 2800$ worth of bills to pay a month just to cover the average everyday things, like heat, hot water, car insurance, food, medical bills, rent, mortga
