I had the privilege to interview a regular guy (not a well-known 'Guru') who claims making more than $200 a day with Google AdSense Program.Here's an excerpt from the interview I did for my upcoming eBook - 'AdSense Confessions' - read it and try to apply what you learn iniside, it should make a difference in your AdSense income and profits.--- Can you tell us a little bit about yourself? ---My name is John Tulus. You know one thing I have found in life is that when you are kicking everyone’s butts in any endeavor the losers call you a cheater. It happens in sports with folks like Lance Armstrong and in happens in business too. Having been slandered with BS more times then I care to remember, I have always investigated those who throw stones at glass houses.Today I live in a brick house and I can tell you that I am alarmed when I hear the borderline eco-terrorists saying things like; “That Scientist who claims Global Warming is not real, of course every year he receives 450 thousand dollars from the oil and gas industry to debunk any scientific findings.”You know I am quite tired of all this debate and it is time that someone spoke up against all this BS. The Atmosphere, Earth, Sun and the entire Galaxy goes thru cycles and that folks should be obvious by observation. Calling it all Global Warming (man-made from CO2 emissions) is really pushing the envelop on science.Indeed, I see the New York Times printing newspapers and cutting down trees? You want to live a carbon neutral life then look in your mirror. Stop printing NYTs and stop cutting down the trees that convert CO2 to oxygen then? Too much hypocrisy there to even bother to engage in debate.I am not an environmentalist, nor am I a 60s throw back Global Planet Warming Alarmist. I know like anyone else that polluting the air, water or anything else is not ethically right. I also know that those who complain need to live carbon free lives or be quiet. This “do as I say, not as I do” socialistic new-wave modern liberal skew is utter non-sense.

Often in our search for finance options, we are led into a crossroad where we have to make a choice between secured and unsecured loans. Both are equally alluring and put the borrower in a difficult spot. It is difficult to make up the mind regarding one particular finance option because each has their share of advantages and disadvantages. What makes it more difficult to decide upon the finance option is that both secured and unsecured loans have a conflicting set of features, and the disadvantages of one are countered by the other.Secured loans vs. Unsecured loansSecured loans are the most conventional method of financing large sums of money. There are two ways to obtain floor mats for your place of business. You can rent them from a janitorial supply and service business or you can purchase them outright. Ostensibly, the most cost-efficient method is to purchase your mats. However, there can be extenuating circumstances that lead you to consider renting your mats.If you rent your mats, a good service will provide a clean fresh mat upon pickup of the old. This may be once or twice a week. The rental will seem inexpensive-typically a few dollars per mat per week. If your business contracts all its janitorial services, this could be the most efficient means of providing clean floor mats for all your entrances and aisle ways.However, if you own a business such as a restaurant, hotel or office building where you hire your own staff to perform janitorial services, you should consider the purchase of your floor mats. Realize that any time you ‘rent’ a product, even a floor mat, you must pay a sufficient price to the renting company to purchase and care for the mat-plus make a profit. This only makes sense. If you hire employees with cleaning responsibilities, it is more cost-effective to purchase your floor mats and add them to the clean up list of duties for your janitorial staff.As an example, suppose you own five restaurants. Each restaurant needs two entrance mats, two catch all floor mats adjacent to self-service drink stations or salad bars, and two commercial kitchen floor mats. It makes me chuckle to see the complaint of Roger Williams who founded Rhode Island to get ‘away from’ the kind of thing the Indians suffered under - far, far and indeed the farthest imaginable ‘away from’ from is what we all should strive to allow. It raises mercantile progress above all else and the Yanomami in Brazil are being genocidally dealt with under this doctrine to this very day. Here is a little from a book titled Manifest Destiny and the words of Roger Williams to see if you can find humor in the situation.
