An athlete who is not skillful, efficient and works at their optimum will lose in humiliation and the agony of defeat. In a war armies must work together, not waste their motion and be totally efficient to win. Armies must have logistical efficiencies or they will die. If a rabbit in a field is not efficient in watching out and gathering their food, they will fall prey and be eaten.

Only one place and one sector do we reward inefficiency and that is in bureaucratic and wasteful government agencies. Only in these agencies do we give them more money after they do not complete the task assigned them, the jobs we as a nation entrust them to do and to perform. Their excuse after failure to perform is simply to throw up their hands and say we need money. You see Government Waste; This is your tax dollars at work?
