Have you ever wondered why liberals are constantly pushing for more gun control – trying to convince ordinary people that the Boogie Man is alive and well and his real name is “Handgun”? What puzzles me is why liberals continue this effort – essentially trying to influence intelligent adults into believing in the Boogie Man. One possible reason is that liberal leaders don’t believe ordinary people are very intelligent. Think about it – would you try to influence an adult to believe in the Boogie Man? Of course not – it would be silly. Another possibility is that liberals themselves actually do believe in the Boogie Man. Although I don’t want to believe this – it seems most likely – given the liberal stance on many other common sense issues.
