There Is A Lack Of Human Resource In India As Outsourcing Is On Track s to happenstance. Don't stand in line just to try to sell something to someone.Human resource in various companies decreased due to high work order and the projects being outsourced. Staff’s salary has been increased in Software Development Industry due to shortage of staff that is taken in the concentration. As the quality of work is improved human resource is to be made more and more capable to this competitive era of outsourcing. The outsourcing business develops this provided a key to success in the industry like KPO and BPO. Organization that is able to contain at times even lower their costs by better utilization of resources, low infrastructure costs, decreased telecom tariffs, broadband connection cost and the establishment of IT parks. Now for the long term business IT services plays a vibrant role in India as software continues. India's Information Technology outsourcing industry NOTE: There are exceptions to everything. I know of an individual associated with a national dental plan that actually frequents Starbucks, and has developed a technique which allows him to make presentations to total strangers. If you can do that, fine. However, most of us will just have to use more conventional methods. 5. They don't know how to duplicate themselves. As mentioned, most people who sign up for a network marketing business opportunity have no idea what they are supposed to do to be successful. Some of the most successful network marketers are those who devise some sort of easily duplicated method of presenting their product or business opportunity and then pass it on to their downline. NOTE: A classic book to read on this subject is "Big Al's Super Prospecting: Special Of The Importance of Mass Exposure in Online Business People new to network marketing might want to be aware of some of these problems.Massive exposure is a must in online business. Too many would be successful entrepreneur’s and home based business owners focus on the age old saying “quality before quantity.” This does not hold true in the home based business industry. When dealing with online marketing and advertising, QUANTITY comes before QUALITY.Let me give you an example. You go to a lead source with the intent on buying leads, and are given a choice. You can order 20 highly targeted surveyed phone verified leads for $30, or you can order 15,000 30 day old auto responder leads for $30. On the surface the 20 highly targeted leads seems to be a better deal. Because you got 20 people who appear to already be waiting to buy, and they are just waiting for your phone call or email. In online business this simply isn’t true. The f 1. They don't get support from their upline. Many people who join a new network marketing program often find that their upline is either unable or unwilling to help them succeed. The upline is incredibly important, because most people who sign up for a network marketing program are totally new to network marketing and need all the help they can get. In some cases where there is little or no upline support, it may be because the upline is trying to recruit more distributors or reps and really isn't selling the product. It may be that the people in the immediate upline are new, or, not having been very successful, have now become disillusioned. If this is a reputable network marketing business opportunity, somewhere in the upline is someone who is making the business work. If you are in their downline, they should be happy to help you because your success is going to help them be successful. Go looking for that person and don't be afraid to ask. There should also be someone at the corporate headquarters who will be willing and able to help if the upline itself is not of any use. 2. They don't know how to sell. Not only is this one of the major reasons that people who sign up for network marketing programs fail, but it is one of the reasons that causes countless numbers of people to avoid even giving it a shot. The good news here is that most truly effective network marketing pros don't really try to sell their product...they network! How weird is that? Seriously, network marketing is one "friend" telling another. So learn about your business so that you can speak honestly and with conviction when the topic comes up, stick some business cards in your pocket, and get out and make some friends. Smile, laugh, joke, go to cookouts and have a good time. I love this business! 3. They don't know how to generate leads. A lead is someone who might be interested in your product or business opportunity. While there are lead generation techniques too involved to present here, one of the best ways to generate leads for a network marketing business is to make yourself available to as many people as possible. One good technique is to give something away for free. Make it something of value, something that will continually bring your business to their mind, but something that will not cost an arm and a leg. One of the most common items is some sort of information. On the internet, this is often delivered by email. One program I know of offers a free 213 lesson internet marketing course. This is delivered by email over a period of a little over a year, and every message contains information about a product or service the sender is offering. 4. They don't know how to manage their time. Tell most people that they must sell something to others, and they now begin trying to book appointments to meet with people, or collar people indiscriminately and begin a sales pitch. Such scatter-gun techniques use up valuable time. This is particularly true in the case of someone who has a full-time job and is trying to get a network marketing business started in their spare time. Often, their time runs out before the money rolls in. This is where being able to generate good leads is important. If you only talk to people who have expressed interest, for example, you have a chance of better using your time. This is not to say that you can't talk about your business with the person in the checkout line, but leave those things to happenstance. Don't stand in line just to try to sell something to someone. Search Engine Optimization World is here to put your companies placement above your competition. In today's vast internet society, it takes many hours of hard work and effort to have your web site listed highly in search engines. You have to know exactly what each search engine spider is looking for as it crawls your site for quality content that can be indexed for your potential customers to find.Pay Per Click or (PPC) is a highly expensive way to get traffic flowing to your site. I love this business!Your social security number is very important, it's like your password in life, all of your information is tied into that number. Many people don't know this, but only a few organizations actually have the right to know your social security number. Today almost everybody is requesting a social security number for access to something, schools, video stores, phone companies, health clubs, etc. The main reason for companies asking for your number is to make sure you pay your bills, to keep track of address changes and to check your credit rating. Many of these companies sell your social security number to marketing lists who then sell your number to companies. The fact that all these people having access to your social security number is dangerous because the chances of it falling into the hands of the wrong person i 3. The FAA found that many errors by flight captains were not challenged or corrected by other members of the crew. This blind obedience to position and authority resulted in catastrophes. One airline, concerned about this evidence, tested their own flight crews via flight simulators. They created conditions that would lead to mental overload and emotional stimulation. The captains (in one study) would make fatal mistakes at a critical moment. The airline was shocked to find that 25% of the flights would have crashed because the subordinates did not take corrective action and challenge the position of the plane’s captain. The two main factors of forex rates are the strength of the economy and interest rates. Economic factors such as trade balance, GDP and foreign investment reflect the general state of a economy and are repsonsible for the changes in supply and demand for that currency. NOTE: A classic book to read on this subject is "Big Al's Super Prospecting: Special Offers and Quick Start Systems" by Tom "Big Al" Schreiter. It is a small book and a quick read, so if you can get your hands on a copy, it will be well worth it. 6. They don't have a good handle on the company and its products. It's hard to present your company's products effectively when you don't know much about them yourself. Most people seem to sign up for a network marketing business opportunity in a flushed state of excitement and expectancy. Next, they get all the information on the business, its products, its policies...there are just so many things to learn! This suddenly begins to look like work and becomes somewhat intimidating as well. That thing about not wanting to sell things kicks in as does the fear of failure. On top of everything else, if they even reveal their plans to family and friends, they get a lot of advice...all of it negative. Most will never learn very much about their product line. Many, when they quit in a few weeks will be throwing away a box full of brochures and materials they never even looked at. This is a shame, because one major reason people fail in network marketing is the next item in this list. 7. They don't stay in the program long enough to see results. I don't know how many examples I could give about ordinary people who became successes simply because they refused to give up. I frequently speak of my two friends who became millionaires in two different network marketing programs simply by handing a brochure to everyone they met...for three years! In each case, they did not really begin to see significant income from their programs until after they had been working at it for three years. In both cases, neither one really became enthused about it until they saw that happen. Two years later, or five years into the program, they made annual incomes in excess of $1 million! Success very seldom happens overnight, and it very seldom happens just because we wish it would. Even to win the lottery, you at least must get up out of your easy chair and buy a ticket!
