1) Look up reviews on the opportunity that interests you. One way to do this is by looking up on Google (without the quotation marks) "(insert home based business name here) review" or "(insert home based business name here) scam". It is best to find reviews that describe both the highlights and drawbacks of a legitimate home based business, so you are more informed of what you are getting into.
