Have a plan to go for outing with your students at least once a month in order to create a healthy atmosphere in your class.

Stick one chart in your class and before starting class, try to ask one student to say what he/she can do for love today and then take promise from every one to implement it in their lives. This statement should be written in the chart regularly. This will teach your students ethical perspective of life.
