Executive Job Search - Improve Your Chances Of Landing That Dream Job
You have worked your way up the career ladder and are now a responsible manager but you want more. Landing a good executive job is not dependent on luck. Experience, skills, achievements and your personality are all just as important. So what do you have to consider to get yourself ready for the executive search? and what the newest goals or achievements have been. If you can mention any new information you can glean about the company during the interview, you will seem to have done your homework about the company and appear interested.

    3) Check to be sure you have copies of your references and your latest resume to hand out during the interview. If you have only one of each, you can look for a public copy machine to make sufficient copies for all. You may end up being in a group interview with more than five people, so be sure you have enough copies for everyone.

    4) Sit and look around at your potential new job. Listen to the customers and the employees as they walk by. See how the employees treat the customers and how the customers seem to respond to the employees. Note how the employees dress.

    5) If you start to feel restless, start to venture out from your meeting place and take a look around. Some places have coffee shops where you could get yourself something to eat (avoid anything pungent like garlic pizza ) for a quick shot of energy. Coffee can lead to coffee breath, and possible jitters. Water can refresh you or tea to relax. Be sure to remember where your meeting place is, and don’t get lost!

With these five suggestions, you can make your waiting time for an interview a more productive and enjoyable time. Good luck!
